Newton's Delivery Service is being developed using Unity, with assets being creating in 3ds Max, Blender, and Substance Painter.
My passion project! Newton’s Delivery Service is a first-person platformer that places the player in the role of the newest hire of the titular company. It is up to you to deliver packages as fast as possible while learning to manipulate gravity!
The player character of Newton's Delivery Service utilizes an internal physics engine, allowing for gravity to be flipped upside down at a button's press! All of the players other actions, including jumping, sliding, wallrunning, and even a grappling hook, all work in both gravities. You can even reverse gravity mid action!
The levels in Newton's Delivery Service are designed to be finished in a minute or two, encouraging players to try again and improve their time. Each "district" of the city has unique obstacles and mechanics, it is up to you to learn their nuances and overcome their challenges.
Once again encouraging players to go fast, climb the game's leaderboards and race to be the number one employee of Newton's Delivery Service! Anti-cheat was developed to track the player's movement, and invalidate all attempts that are physically impossible. These leaderboards are currently hosted on Unity Gaming Services.
