Software Used

For this project, I utilized Unreal Engine for development, alongside 3ds Max, Blender, and Substance Painter for character animation and asset creation.

About R.R.R.

R.R.R., shortened from Reanimated. Rebuilt. Revengeful., is a comedic 3D platformer about a zombie trying to get revenge on the redneck who tore him apart. Explore and collect throughout multiple levels!

My Contributions

Three Character Controllers

The game features three unique character controllers, one for each level. The first level features a physics based rolling head, complete with bounciness upon collisions. The 2nd level has a crawling torso with synced animations. The 3rd features the whole body once again, once again, fully animated.

Hazard Behaviors/Programming

All hazards were developed using Unreal's blueprint system. These hazards include crows programmed to fly back and forth, alongside full animations and sound effects. Later levels also have bear traps which close when the player gets close. These once again have original animations and sound effects.

Collectibles

Throughout the levels, players can encounter two types of collectibles. Brains, which are more common, give a lower score on pick up. Bones are more rare, but give a higher score. These collectibles were programmed to work with all three character controllers, alongside rotation and sound effects.
